In 2023, iSoftStone successfully signed cooperation agreements with the People's Government of Liaoning Province and the People's Government of Shenyang City, establishing a wholly-owned subsidiary in Shenyang— Liaoning isoftstone ZhiXin Technology Co., Ltd. As a leading enterprise in the digital energy field, iSoftStone empowers the entire society—including government agencies, enterprises, medical institutions, educational institutions, commercial sectors, and industrial parks—to achieve green energy usage, safe energy usage, and economically efficient energy usage through comprehensive energy services that leverage "equipment transformation + AI large models + new energy-assisted energy-saving" strategies.
The formal signing of the cooperation agreement between iSoftStone and State Grid Liaoning Comprehensive Energy will adopt a 1+1>2 collaborative model, fully harnessing the leading role of the comprehensive energy service industry.
